Digital Health International Inc. ("DHI," "we," "us") provides multi-vertical technology, supply, and procurement services. This policy explains what data we collect through digitalhealthinternational.com and our tools, how we use it, and your choices.
We do not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). Our procurement tools process business and purchasing data (product descriptions, quantities, prices, vendors, departments) — not patient, clinical, or medical-record data. Please do not upload PHI or patient-identifiable information into our tools.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide through forms — name, work email, company/organization, and message content.
- Order and inquiry details — items requested and related notes when you submit an order or sourcing request.
- Procurement data you upload to our benchmarking and product tools (supply line items). For private pilot workspaces, this is analyzed in your session and is not stored in a shared index. Where a tool offers an optional "improve our benchmarks" checkbox, only anonymized item/price/vendor data is retained if you opt in — never tied to your identity.
- Limited technical data — standard server logs. We do not currently run advertising or third-party analytics trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, and deliver the services you request.
- To operate our benchmarking and product-search features.
- To improve our catalog and benchmarks using anonymized, opt-in data only.
Service providers (sub-processors)
We use a small number of vetted providers to run the site and its features. Data shared with them is limited to what the feature requires:
- Netlify — website hosting and secure data storage.
- OpenAI — powers AI features (benchmark advisor summaries, Product Finder, invoice reading, categorization). Text you enter into those features is processed to return a result; do not enter PHI. Our AI advisor is fed only computed findings, not your raw line items.
- HubSpot — customer-relationship management for leads and inquiries.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payment data
We do not process credit-card or bank information on this website. Orders submitted here are requests; any payment is arranged separately.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) via our hosting provider. Administrative tools are protected behind authentication and access controls. See our Trust & Security page for details.
Your choices & rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of any future communications. Contact us at steve@digitalhealthinternational.com and we will respond promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
